3/20/2025 - One of our own, Khalid Hersi making his professional debut for the Hearts of Pine in his hometown of Lewiston Maine
We’re thrilled to welcome Caleb Leino as our UPSL Division 1 Head Coach!
A Lewiston native, Caleb played four years of soccer at Lewiston High School, before continuing his career at USM for another four years. Since 2017, he’s been giving back to his community as part of the Lewiston High School boys soccer coaching staff, playing a role in three state championships as an assistant coach.
Caleb has also been instrumental as the JV coach, developing future varsity talent and showing unwavering dedication to growing the game in Lewiston.
We’re excited to have his passion and leadership guiding our squad this season!

This is a monumental moment for Khalid, and it reflects his dedication, skill, and relentless pursuit of greatness. From his first days at Wahda United to now, he has continuously worked hard to reach this stage, and we couldn’t be happier to see him living his dream!
